Newly Awarded Contracts
D.K.G. & Associates, Ltd is proud to announce
our involvement in the construction of the
Amtrak Maintenance Facility & Florida Marlins
Stadium.
Amtrak Maintenance Facility
Construction Manager for the new Amtrak
Maintenance Facility – Dana B Kenyon issued
D.K.G. & Associates, Ltd a $2.5 Million contract
for the supply & installation of approximately
40,000 sq ft of Centria Metal Wall Panel system
& approximately 50,000 sq ft of Centria Roof
Panel system. We are eager and prepared to begin
this project.
Florida Marlins Stadium
D.K.G. & Associates, Ltd has been contracted by
two major contractors working for Hunt Moss JV
on the construction of the new Florida Marlins
Stadium.

Structal (A Division of
Canam)
*Bid Package # 07 – Operable Roof - $5
Million. Our scope of work involves approx
8,000 tons of steel to furnish & install:
shoring tower foundations (via thermite
welding), rail grout, metal deck, catwalks &
gutters.

Crown Corr, Inc.
* Bid Package # 11 – Metal Wall Panels –
approx $4.5 Million. Our scope involves the
furnishing & installation of approximately
1,500 tons of steel: all back-up support
steel for the metal wall panels & curtain
wall systems.
* Bid Package # 12 – Curtain Wall System –
approx $1 Million. Our scope of work
involves the furnishing & installation of
doors, ticket windows and the curtain wall
system.
D.K.G. & Associates, Ltd has established an
onsite office located at 1380 NW 6th Street,
Unit #3, Miami FL 33125. With an anticipated
completion date of April 2, 2012; our team is
ready to embrace the challenges this project may
have, and share in the feeling of the pride
completion will bring!
